What is Doula Care?
Doula care, to me, is about making sure you never feel alone in your birth space. Birth can feel beautiful, overwhelming, empowering, and intense all at once, and having steady support through it matters. My role is to come alongside you with calm encouragement, practical support, prayerful dependance, and a grounded presence so you can feel safe, informed, and cared for as you bring your baby into the world.
A huge part of my heart as a doula is helping mothers see the strength they already carry. Birth has a way of asking more of you than you think you can give, and then showing you just how capable you truly are. I want to remind you to trust your body, trust the process, and feel supported instead of fearful. As a mama who has done this three times, I want you to feel seen as we navigate every step together.
I also deeply value keeping and teaching husbands how to be as involved as possible in the experience. Some of the sweetest moments I’ve witnessed have been partners comforting, encouraging, praying over, and fully stepping into the process alongside the woman they love. Because, I’m not there to take over your birth. I’m there to support you, advocate for you, and help you feel seen, steady, and cared for throughout your baby’s birth day.

FAQ
What does being "on-call" mean?
I go on-call for all my families at 37 weeks and stay on-call until your baby arrives. This means that day or night, whenever your little one decides it’s time, I’m local and ready to go. My phone stays by my side, charged, and with the ringer as loud as can be. Everything on my end is set up so that I can leave at a moment’s notice to be by your side.
What if my baby comes too fast and you miss it?
Babies run on their own timelines, and sometimes they surprise us! If I miss the birth because your little one arrived in record time, I’ll still come to your place of birth to support as much of your story as possible.
Do you offer discounts or payment plans?
I know doula care can feel like a big investment—I’ve been in your shoes. I offer flexible payment arrangements to make it more accessible. Typically, a non-refundable deposit secures your spot, but I can also do a $500 non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance split into 6 monthly payments at an agreed upon spacing. The amount of each payment depends on your package and how early you book.
